    Noor brings energy, precision, and just the right amount of edge to every class. As a certified Lagree instructor (Levels 1 & 2 Xformer) and Rebound trainer, she’s known for her form-focused approach and her ability to push you further than you thought you could go.

    A mom who also manages a toy company, Noor keeps things real, balancing strength with real life. Expect challenging sessions, honest coaching, and zero fluff. Alongside her Rebound classes, she also offers Mommy & Me and Mini Movers.

    Known since childhood as the "Reebok Kid," Betool transitioned that early passion into a professional career over 10 years ago. As a specialist in Lagree, Xformer, and SRT she is recognized for an ability to "do it all" while bringing a fresh, creative perspective to resistance machines. Whether leading a high-intensity session or a newly refined sculpt flow, Betool focuses on pushing boundaries and helping others explore their full potential.
